2nd ANNUAL NOVEMBER CALENDAR FUNDRAISER
Thank you for choosing to support Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity through our 2nd Annual November Calendar Fundraiser. Your generosity and partnership are essential to the success of our mission, and we are truly grateful for your commitment. Last year, with the participation of eight churches, we raised over $5,000 to help families in our community achieve affordable housing. This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 or more, and with your continued support, we believe it’s possible.
Please take note of the following important details regarding this fundraiser:
- Fundraiser Dates: The fundraiser runs from November 1st through November 30th.
- House Banks for Participants: Each participating individual or family will receive one house bank.
- Distribution of Materials: Each participating church will receive their requested number of house banks and calendar copies to distribute. If you need more calendars, you may either make additional copies or contact Pastor Michael Frink for assistance.
- Requesting House Banks: Please only request the number of house banks you are confident will be used. We aim to be good stewards for our resources. For your convenience, have an electronic way for you to request your House Banks. If you have more financial supporters than house banks, contact Pastor Michael Frink for additional supplies.
- Delivery of House Banks: You may pick up your house banks from the Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity Admin Office. If more convenient, Pastor Michael Frink is also available to distribute house banks to participating churches upon request. Deliveries will be completed by Friday, October 24th.
- Donor Records: Each church is asked to maintain a record of each financial supporter, including: Name/Address/Email/Total donation amount
Please submit this information to Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity (BCHfH).
- Donation Collection: Pastor Frink will coordinate a pick-up or drop-off time for donations with each church.
Donation deadline: Monday, December 8th.
- House Bank Ownership: Donors and/or churches may keep the house banks after the fundraiser.
- Check Donations: If your church or members of your congregation would like to contribute by writing a check, your support is sincerely appreciated. Please make checks payable to Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity and include “2025 Calendar Fundraiser” in the memo line. We will provide your church with an envelope to collect and return these donations.
