3rd ANNUAL NOVEMBER CALENDAR FUNDRAISER
Thank you for supporting our 3rd Annual November Calendar Fundraiser. Your generosity and partnership are essential to our mission,.Last year, we raised more than $5,000 to help families in our community achieve affordable homeownership. This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 or more, and with your support, we believe we can achieve it.
Important Fundraiser Information
Fundraiser Dates: November 1st - 30th.
House Banks: Each participating individual or family will receive one house bank.
Distribution of Materials: Each participating church will receive the requested number of house banks and calendar copies for distribution. If additional calendars needed, you may make copies or contact Pastor Michael Frink for assistance.
Requesting House Banks: Please request only the number of house banks you anticipate using so we can be good stewards of our resources. House banks can be requested electronically using the QR code. If you need additional house banks, please contact Pastor Michael Frink.
Delivery of House Banks: House banks may be picked up at the Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity Administrative Office. For your convenience, Pastor Michael Frink can also deliver them to participating churches upon request. All deliveries will be completed by Friday, October 23.
Donor Records: Please maintain a record of each financial supporter, including: Name/Mailing address/Email address/Total donation amount
Donation Collection: Pastor Frink will coordinate a pick-up or drop-off time for donations with each participating church. Donation deadline: Monday, December 7th.
House Bank Ownership: If your church or members of your congregation would like to donate by check, please make checks payable to Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity and write "2026 Calendar Fundraiser" in the memo line. An envelope will be provided for collecting and returning check donations.
